Reentry advice

Hi everyone,A little over 20 years ago a friend gave me a ride on the back of his bike. 6 months later I had an m1 and a gs500 that lasted me 30,000 miles. For the next 5 years I wouldn’t own a car, and I lived between Angeles Crest and Malibu. With a little help from Jason Pridmores class school and some time trying to race ysrs I got reasonably good.Flash forward over 2 decades. I’m in my 40s. I picked up an old beat up vfr750, and I’m using Malibu for social isolation purposes. My bike is heavy, I’m older and slower, but mainly I’m out of practice and need to get back to being smooth, which is the root of all good things. There’s a lot I remember, but I’m certain there’s a lot I’m forgetting too.For my reentry friends, what did it take you too long to remember, that can help me get back to being a safe, smooth, competent and confident canyon rider?(Also, once this is all sorted I fully intend to take Reg Pridmores Class School, but that’s going to wait till we can be around people again)Thanks for any advice, tips or reminders. :) via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/fx0zu9/reentry_advice/?utm_source=ifttt
