I know you all already know this. I was just turning off a road into a little recreation area at 10-15mph. There was some gravel right at the entrance. It's amazing how quickly you can end up on your sideScraped faring, bent shifter, some road really on my elbow (through the jacket), and a pulled muscle in my ribs.
