Hello All!Last I stopped in you guys gave me some great advice on gear setup, and my projects for the bike are coming to a close finally! With all this in mind I'm going to start the journey to getting my racing license, I've got several friends affiliated with Sport Bike Track Time and currently racing CCS so I've got plenty of access to the racing scene and road racing resources. My interest is in hill climb racing, With the eventual goal of competing in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. Its a bucket list accomplishment that I'm determined to achieve, being competitive isn't a priority . I live in Illinois currently so the amount of "Hills" is limited at best to some loopy river roads, and if there is some sort of "hill climb" its a bunch of rednecks on two strokes flying up the hill out back in the cow pasture. The scene here isn't exactly what I'm interested in.Is anyone affiliated with any organizations in or around the Midwest that does Time Trail style hill climb racing that I can get into without acquiring an expert racing license, possibly one that does Test and Tune days just to get a feel for it. via /r/Trackdays https://www.reddit.com/r/Trackdays/comments/8zssg7/hill_climb_racing_resources_and_no_not_the/?utm_source=ifttt
