Is it weird that I hear distant music when riding at speed?

Nothing else around (usually very early morning)Ear plugs inNo music onHelmet on~100kp/h (~60mp/h)I've noticed some strange phenomenon of sorts in this situation, and it isn't a one-time thing. Imagine you can hear the bike's engine, the wind, and somewhere off in the distance music from an old arcade machine fighting game is playing. Its quite an eerie feeling simply because I know there is no music.I have some issues with my ears - tinnitus in left (but only notice it if I listen for it), and the canals are narrow and need to have them suctioned every 6 months.I know its a super odd thing to post but it kind of weirds me out. Am I the only one?
