At what point did you decide “I’m never riding with this person again”, what did they do?

I switch up riding buddies pretty often, but I have maybe one or two that I actually align with pretty well.This usually occurs in group rides (where not everyone is familiar with each other), but some people really do stand out... in a bad way.
