Bike practicing in washington

Hello, I just took the BRC in northwestern washington, and I had lots of fun and learned a lot of things. I felt that both the class room aspect and range riding aspect was very Informative. The thing is, I didn't pass my permit skills test. I'm not ashamed to to admit it, just disappointed in myself, but I shouldn't expect to learn how to properly ride after riding for just two days. (The course is the first time I've ever ridden motorcycle, I'm not counting pocket rockets). I bought a bike back in February and am currently getting it shipped. Is there any way to use my bike to practice those techniques I was taught without having to retake the course? Can I walk my bike without a permit? Can I have someone else ride it to a parking lot and then I can practice there? I'm not going to let one failure stop me from trying to learn (as legally and safe possible that is). I want to learn as much as I can, as safe as I can. I really want to work on clutch control and figure 8s and correctly swerving among a list of other things. via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/fl7e35/bike_practicing_in_washington/?utm_source=ifttt
