Help me with my old bobber/chopper choice pls?

Hi,I really fell in love with some old motorcycles, but i don't have a lot of money. So my budget is around 3000 euro/dollar. I want a minimum om 600 cc.​I really like these motors:Honda Super magna, Suzuki Intruder, Yamaha Dragster.​Does anybody has tips for me when buying something like that. Or do you guys now more models/motor in this direction.
