Need help! See post for details.

Hello r/motorcycles! My first post.So, about 6 months ago I bought a Kawasaki KZ305 LTD 87 for 300 bucks. For what I paid for it, it was in fantastic shape, no rust, knocking none of that! Clutch is good. Breaks are good, tires had to be replaced, and it had just under 9100 miles on it. It was babied for the most part.Except the bike was rewired, due to a faulty kickstand sensor that wouldn't allow the bike to start, and some other funky shit. Anyway, rewired the bike with original harness ordered online, bypassed the kickstand issue, bike runs fine.Except the battery doesn't hold a charge. I did some tests with my multimeter and it doesn't appear to be the rectifier.My guess is the stator is shot. Are there any compatible stators that work with this bike?Any other suggestions would be much appreciated, Thanks!
