Any noise reduction tips?

Hi!I love riding motorcycles, but my ears are really sensitive to sound (in large part due to meningitis as a kid). I've had this sensitivity most of my life, so I'm used to taking precautions. I use ear plugs where others wouldn't: riding a car, at the cinema, lawn mowing, parties etc. - my pain threshold for sound is generally lower than normal. When riding motorcycles, wind noise is the main issue. The sound sensitivity is also affected by air pressure: the reduced air pressure when riding up a hill/mountain makes sound more intense and physically painful.I am currently using foam plugs (3M 1100's). They have a high SNR/NNR rating, fit comfortably and are easy hygiene-wise (single-use). My helmet is a BMW System 6 Evo.I am riding a 2018 Honda CB500X with a windscreen from California Scientific (https://calsci.com/motorcycleinfo/CB500prod.html). There is a lot less wind buffeting compared to the original. However, even though I have a relatively quiet helmet, a pretty good windscreen and use hearing protection, the noise is still painful. I am looking for products or techniques that can make for a quieter ride. I'd like tips for new things to try, or alternatives to things I've already tested. E.g. are there any ear plugs or helmets with active noise cancelling? How about solutions for adjusting the air pressure in the ears (ref. going up and down mountains)? I'm also willing to change motorcycle, if that's what's needed :) via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/ekc1jj/any_noise_reduction_tips/?utm_source=ifttt
