Airpod Pros in helmet

I just started wearing airpod pros under my helmet. They are great for riding and quiet almost all road and engine noise down. My question to anyone else that does it is,how do you take your helmet off without them coming out? Everytime I take my helmet off they fall out,and they have already gotten dinged up.
