Why would my bike turn off randomly?

This has happened 6 times now. I'll be going at a speed about like 50 mph and I think I always have the clutch in and let it out a little and the bike just shuts off. Doesn't feel like a stall, it's just off, I kind of can't tell except the RPMs are off and I have to start it again. I just had it fully serviced.
