Pic: https://imgur.com/a/oPgbtyi Some back story: I have been riding dirt since I was 6 years old and street since I was 29 (I'm 32 now). I fell in love with the look of the Royal Enfield Continental GT 535 and bought one back in 2016. It was fun at first, but I quickly realized that it was too slow and eventually found out that it wasn't the most reliable. Last week I went out to lunch from work and when I went to go back to work, the electrics fried right before my eyes. I loved the bike but that moment was a huge realization for me. I picked it up with my truck and the next day drove to my dealer to get an evaluation for trade in. I had been eyeing the Bonnevilles and Thruxtons for some time and I had finally had enough. Although I only got $500 for the Enfield on trade, I got a killer deal on last years T120 models and they only had 2 left! I cannot explain enough how much contrast this bike has to my last one and every time I ride it I don't want to stop. Its an amazing, powerful yet elegant machine and I can't wait to go places (like, anywhere on the highway) and make memories with it! It's been 3 days and I already have 250 miles on her! Anyhow, I am super stoked right now and just wanted to share my joy.
