Can't disable my alarm to remove my flat battery, because the battery is flat

So this is a weird one, but does anyone know if there is any way around this? I can't put my bike into maintenence mode, because my battery is flat, but also I can't remove the battery because the alarm goes off as soon as I open the motorcycle seat. This is a bit of an issue when I still have to remove two screws, replace battery, screw it back in and then put on the seat when the alarm is going off in a residential area. Does anyone have any tips on this matter?
