I crashed. Twice.

I had just gotten my license and saved 3000 for a nice xr400 only to crash it twice. I had been riding around town successfully for the last two days.First crash I went to do a U-turn, only to whiskey throttle into a ladies parked car. Replaying the thought in my mind over and over I just don't remember pinning the throttle, my first thought was to break.Second crash was no more than 30 minutes later as I was leaving I sat on the bike for a few minutes and chucked it into first only to remember slowly giving it throttle, suddenly it launched nearly impaling me into a fence had a I not wrestled it into turning. There was no 'oh shit' it was just little throttle and next all I can remember is getting the bike off me.I just can't believe I crashed twice. My parents brought up the fact it had a new throttle cable (invoice) installed by the previous owner but it has to be my fault. I just can't believe it.
