
I've been to a couple of trackdays now and knee pain the days after riding has been more or less a constant issue. I'm reasonably fit and in my 20's. I also have quite long legs, I'm 6.2 feet tall.My main theory is that it's joint fluid that builds up and takes a while to get back to normal.However, I need advice on how to deal with this.I'm already doing stretches and yoga.Maybe moving the footpegs forward and down would help?Thank you for any advice you can give. via /r/Trackdays https://www.reddit.com/r/Trackdays/comments/brex30/pain_in_knees_after_trackday/?utm_source=ifttt
