Anyone have issues with Bike Bandit?

Just checking to see if anyone has had any similar experience. I’ve been fixing a 1987 Honda Rebel 250 and needed parts and Bike Bandit seemed to be a good source. I ordered a pair of signal lights from them but it didn’t come with the stems (it said it did in the staff response in the product Q&A) and they said it was just old info so I needed to order the stems separately. I shrugged it off.Today I’m annoyed because on Friday I received my second order from them but the box was literally empty (no signs of tampering). Finally got ahold of them this morning and all they offered to do was reship it. I needed that part to ride the bike to work this week so I’m kinda fed up at this point.
