Wondering if anyone else is having issues with Videopass still. On lap 16 of the Qatar race my feed dropped, and when signing back in I was told I am not a subscriber - despite all my transactions showing up in purchase history. Now every time I sign in, I am prompted to pay to subscribe again. I have opened 10+ tickets over the last 2 weeks with MotoGP customer services and received no responses whatsoever.
Have resorted to opening Paypal resolution cases against each of the 4 payments for this season, in the hope to get my feed back for this weekend's races. Anyone else having similar issues?
