ZX6R radiator smoking

Hello all, I just went for a ride after it snowed, I know it's normal for water to get splashed up and create a burning smell between the headers and pipes, but I was getting an alarming amount of smoke tunnelling up between my forks. I could see smoke coming directly out of my radiator, but my temps were still constantly under 180°. Should I be worried?
