Dropped my helmet, is it done?

So I bought a new shoei Rf-sr about two months ago. It fell off my bike seat today in a parking lot onto asphalt. When I picked it up it was laying on the top, it has a bunch of small scratches on the front of the helmet and the shield. I’ve heard mixed things regarding helmet drops. Is the helmet now damaged and I need to buy a new one?
