Improving club racing?

Hey guys,I have been club racing for some time now and I am just sort of sick of the format of it. I thought of some reasonable changes that I believe would improve club racing. I just wanted to see if you guys agree and/or if you guys have any thoughts of your own.1) Would we be able to have a class that has qualifying? If you take a poll out there I believe that there will be a lot a people in favor of having some sort of qualifying for grid placements. After speaking with a few guys, we would even be fine with grid placements from practice times.a. In addition, staggered grid positions would be preferred over the straight-line grid rows. In the past qualifying did not go over well because riders thought that they could just make up the positions on the start. But I believe with staggered grid position that would help incentivize qualifying. And also looking at the ASRA races, most all of the riders enter into the qualifying as well.2) Would we be able to consolidate some of the classes in order to extend some of the sprint races? If CCS were to eliminate the MWGP race the Supersport and Superbike would be able to be extended from say 7 laps to 10 laps (at a track with 1:00-1:30 laptimes). Ideally a 12 to 15 lap race would be preferable.a. Running a more consolidated format would be cheaper for the riders as well this is because they would not be buying a new set of tires each race just to be competitive. It would also build the riders skills as they would be on track for more extended periods of time. This would greatly help the transition from club racing to MotoAmerica because of more similar race formats.Of course there are more significant things but I was just thinking of some realistic do-able things that I could see changed for 2019. via /r/Trackdays https://www.reddit.com/r/Trackdays/comments/9von73/improving_club_racing/?utm_source=ifttt
