I'm going to DIY service my bike. Any tips before I do it? (Check list of my plan inside)

Hi guys, as the title suggest, I'll be doing the service on my bike. Bike is 2012 Ninja 650 with 36000kms. What I'll do:Change oil - full synthetic Penrite 10w-40Change oil filter - KN303Replace drain plug washerCheck brake pads (F&R)Check chain (slack, alignment, clean)Check sprockets and cleanCheck tyresCheck fork sealsThat's going to be my check list.
