I bought a pair of 4 stroke evos for 190€ from the dainese website in March. I used them for about 4 months (2000 km tops) and after 7 months they ripped on the palm. I ride a moped/scooter so my riding position is as straight as it gets.On the 8th of October I decided to make a warranty claim since this was an obvious case of premature wear. On the 10th I finaly got an answer, they asked for photos and that I ship them to Italy to be inspected, so I did on the 12th which got there on the 19th. It took 6 days for them to get back to me with a decision.Said decision was that since the leather of the glove was dry and "my riding style" was putting pressure on that part of the leather it was considered "normal wear" and so would not be warranted.I ranted a bit, my emails would only be answered after 2~3 days.I asked if there was a possibility for them to repair them (at my expenses) and didn't even got an answer. I asked for the gloves back on the 6th and took them 7 more days to respond.
