Streaming Through VideoPass

No other video streaming service that I use is anywhere near as sketchy as VideoPass. I'm watching the HTML5 player in Edge in Windows 10. I have no problem whatsoever with Youtube, Netflix, Prime, or anything else except VideoPass. Have any of you got any thoughts on optimizing? Does Chrome or Firefox work better? Do I need to go drop some money on a gaming video card? Sheesh...
