After forty-five years of safely riding motorcycles in a few different countries, here’s the two (2) most frustrating, maddening, insane personal feelings I get in USA traffic (outside of CA).

1) The inability to share/split lanes, advance to traffic lights on stopped traffic.2) Car drivers who upon departing from a traffic light engage in a slow race, side by side, giving you no chance to pass them and once you do finally pass them, they road rage on you.A motorcycle is by its very nature a nimble vehicle, designed to swiftly make its way through traffic, like flowing water. So many bikers/motorcyclists are in favor of no-helmet laws, country-wide. I agree that having the freedom of choice is a beautiful thing. Why not give that freedom of choice to split lanes/advance to traffic lights to those who feel comfortable and are able to safely do it, just like you who ride without a helmet? via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/9vajx2/after_fortyfive_years_of_safely_riding/?utm_source=ifttt
