Just home from another track day. I’ve really been focusing on keeping a smooth line and loose composure on the bike.At prior track events I was trying for aggressive BP and that seemed to cause me to fatigue very quickly in both my upper and lower body. This time around my upper body felt great throughout the day but my legs and knees were still really struggling by the end of the day. One lap I literally thought I wasn’t going to be able to hang on any longer. Also my knees tend to cramp up pretty severely after a few laps. To the point I was struggling to move my cheek off the seat towards the end of the day.The bike is equipped with Vortex rear sets that the previous owner installed. I feel like a horse jockey with where my feet are at. High and tucked. Are my rear sets positioned to high? Anyone have any advice on this? via /r/Trackdays https://www.reddit.com/r/Trackdays/comments/9exatg/kneeleg_fatigue/?utm_source=ifttt
