A couple fellow riders encouraged me to post this here. While riding in town today (full face helmet, visor up and shades on) I had a honey bee take a fateful journey into one of face holes. It was my right nostril to be specific. My eyes we instantly so full of tears that I could barely see. I got lucky with a green arrow onto a street with a fire department parking lot and proceeded to rip off all gear and try to feel around for the little fucker. I was convinced that I had a bloody nose.Imagine driving by and watching a 35 year old man ripping off his helmet to to furiously pick his nose while apparently balling his eyes out.I finally plug my left nostril and blow this SOB out. At this moment my wife coincidentally pulls into the lot after noticing me and has eyes equally full of tears with laughter. She hands me a tissue and I’m shocked that there’s nothing but snot and tears on it.I waited around for a second to ensure that there’s no allergic reaction. I am in a fire department lot, if I need an epi pen, I am in a great spot to go into Anaphylactic shock. All was well. I just feel like a took a right jab nose.Safe riding out there.
