Hi guys,This might be a weird question, but bear with me.I'm an avid downhill longboarder and motorcyclist. I always carried my longboard by strapping it down to my motorcycle with a clamping strap / fastener / whatever you might call it.Here's what that looks like: https://i.imgur.com/to02ycy.jpgIt's pretty solid, it works well, but it's always a hassle to go through all the holes with the fastener and make sure it sits tight without bothering my foot.Recently I've gotten quite interested in ski clamps, these bad boys in particular. They're the Thule Snowpack S.They're exactly the width of my longboard, so I started to search for them second hand.I found similar ones, I bought them, but now I'm trying to mount them to my motorcycle... and it's not easy.http://i.imgur.com/RzFf3FH.jpgI'm not a welder, I don't have the tools to make custom brackets or holders, so I'm wondering: has anyone here done this before, and how?It would save me a lot of time, effort and headache knowing I can click my board into the holders in 2 seconds, and even lock them, without having to worry about someone trying to steal my board from my bike if I'm stopped somewhere. Thanks for any input! via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/g1rphd/anyone_ever_attempted_to_mount_a_ski_clamp_to/?utm_source=ifttt
