Ah, southeast Ohio: where we use toxic fracking chemicals to de-ice and then dump gravel in every corner!I'm going to start commuting again once my bike is out of the shop and there is fine gravel everywhere. There is one turn off of a state highway that is particularly concerning.I know that riding appropriately is the most important part, but I would like to know what tire characterisics are best for cold, wet, gritty pavement. Right now I have the Versys-X OEM tire, the IRC Trail Winner. Bike has been fine on gravel driveways etc, but could other tires do better?Riding tips also appreciated. via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/f4ijoo/tires_for_gravel_covered_roads/?utm_source=ifttt
