Thoughts on MSF beginners course a 2nd time?

I took the MSF course in 2015 and got my endorsement, purchased a bike, and then life happened. I ended up selling my bike and haven't ridden consistently in 3 years. I recently purchased a 2020 CB300R, and I'm excited to be back out on the street. While I was riding this weekend I noticed some of my fundamentals I learned back when I first started were a little rusty. Would it be a waste to take the MSF beginners course again? My girlfriend is taking it next month, and she wants me to take it with her, but I feel like the Basic Ride Course 2 might be a little more beneficial.
