Picking up my first SV650S in the morning

Had an R1 before and a FZR400 before that years ago but I’m hoping this will be fun for this summer. Having a kid now I think I needed to slow down a little and Seeing all the good reviews on here and other places about them I figured I’d try one out for the season.Opinions on it? Anything in particular I should look for when I see the bike in person?
