So throwaway because this question is kinda dumb. So I am a new rider (literally 0 experience besides for the 1 hour I just practiced for). I had watched countless videos and had a friend there helping me a bit with adjustments but one thing I want to understand more is the gas at friction spot.So does it really not matter how much gas I give at the friction zone? I feel scared hearing my bike rev up when I sometimes give it too much so I stall but does it not matter since the clutch controls everything?Let's say I rev high and engage the clutch. As I'm slowly lifting the clutch- the power is SLOWLY transferring, yes? As long as I don't yank the clutch I should be fine with accelerating (even at mid revs?).Edit: Resolved. Yall are a great bunch! via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/f4491v/new_rider_giving_gas_at_friction_spot/?utm_source=ifttt
