Been tasked with starting/running 6 bikes that have been sitting for 5+ years

So I’ve been tasked with giving some TLC to a few bikes that have been sitting in ay aunt’s neighbor’s garage. I’ve been riding for 15+ years. I’ve always been on top If maintenance on my bikes though. So this is a little uncharted territory. I know I’ll have to charge the batteries, if not replace. What about oil that has been sitting? I haven’t seen any at spots on the tires which is good.
