Tickets for a dirty thirty birthday?

Hello I am looking for help please. My boyfriend was medically retired from the military. Do to his condition he cannot be in the heat (especially around crowds and walking around). He's been really depressed lately so I want to surprise him with this because he's always wanted to go. My question is I guess, has any bought VIP tickets through circuit of the Americas? And how was your experience? It looks like a nice deal because we'll be inside and there's food and water, etc. Motogp website says DORNA is the only seller? I'm not sure I just want to make sure I'm not getting screwed. Thank you all in advance!
