Good evening,After watching some of FortNine's videos I came across one where he went over some tests on the best chain lubes. At the end it pretty much came down to regular gear oil working the best. However, after reading a review on WebBikeWorld on Dupont's teflon chain spray it got me thinking. How can a wax/teflon based chain lube actually work on O-rings? The can states it is "safe" for O-rings but I cant imagine how well it can actually "lube" an O-ring. It seems to me the benefit of it would just be to keep grit down and it wouldn't do anything to "moisturize" the O-ring rubber, like gear oil would. Does anyone know if Teflon can actually "lube" an O-ring? via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/en2a3h/teflon_based_chain_lubes_on_orings/?utm_source=ifttt
