A rider with a P Plate (Australia, first year after passing your test) followed me for a few miles today. I'm a very motorcycle aware driver so I saw him coming from miles back.He drew up almost alongside me and proceeded to follow in my blind spot for possibly 1½ kilometres. Without moving my head he was completely invisible. I think he got the message when I leaned forward and looked him in the eye thru the drivers side mirror, and he dropped back, maybe thinking I was going to change lanes on him.A reminder to always follow where you can see the drivers face in the mirrors. If you can't see the driver, they can't see you, and many drivers don't make the effort to turn their head.Safe riding, everyone.
