I'm having withdrawals about riding on the hwy and road now. Nearly got swiped off my motorcycle on the hwy today and constant tailgaters

As the title suggest yes based off my experience as a new rider for the past 2 months on the road has been mediocre and bad. I'm speaking in reference to how others are driving but when practicing on my own in an empty parking lot I feel more at ease and happy. Speed up and emergency braking in my opinion is fun and I recently learned how much pressure is to much pressure for my rear brake as it starts to skid etc but I digressI'm starting to not want to ride because of the plethora of dumb drivers today. This morning while on the hwy doing 63 65 ish on the hwy a car right beside me. Like I'm visible to this person decided to just merge on me. I horn rev they still come on me like wtf. To give some context this person came from behind me. Behind me is a massive gap no one is behind me or to the right of me. They were in the first left lane approaching a vehicle in front of them. They slowed down and decide to merge on me on purpose. What I see on video always makes me think it's just reenacted but people really drive this freaking badTo avoid this person I swerved hard right. If there was a car or truck to the right of me I wouldn't be here ffs. I did not head check in that moment all I wanted to do was avoid being hit. Another issue of which i encounter on local roads is getting tailgated constantly. I'm doing 45 48 mph speed limit 45 and hogging me. Stopped at a stop sign with oncoming traffic I get flashed honked like tf is peoples problem? I'm gonna merge in front of oncoming cars on a single lane rd????How do some of you deal with this stuff? Especially those riding 10 20 30+ years 😕. Sorry if this feels like a rant but how people drive despite us being safe and good riders endangers us and idk what sort of corrective action can society take. Drivers are just getting worst and worst every yearTL;DR having withdrawals about riding on the road due to bad experiences as a beginner on the road for the past 2 months. From constant tailgaters to nearly getting hit today which is by far the worst feeling adrenaline rush and reality check ever where you know if you f up at 60+mph it's no good. Yes ATGATT but crashing at 60mph on a road with cars coming is no joke via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/em318o/im_having_withdrawals_about_riding_on_the_hwy_and/?utm_source=ifttt
