Hb1236 - lane filtering for Virginia

As a lot of you know at this point there is a bill that is trying to get passed to allow lane filter (passing in between cars at a stop or cars going less than 10 mph).I emailed the delicate responsible for bringing this bill up to the legislature for information on how we can support this bill.
