As I do not have a garage and use my motorcycle all year round I use a cover to protect my bike when it's parked along with a chain through the back wheel and cover. I have just got the bike and therefore do not have a parking permit for the area that I live in as of yet. I am wondering if they could lift my cover to determine whether I have a permit or if they will simply just pass over the bike? Its 2 hour parking here to having to move it every 2 hours throughout the day is not ideal, it's used to commute so weekdays and we'll as Sundays I don't have to worry about the parking restrictions.
