I want to get my husband a dirt bike for Christmas but I could use some advice.

I'm looking into financing a new dirt bike for my hubby vs buying used. We spend everyday together so it would be difficult to get away to check out used bikes without arising suspicion. Plus I don't know enough about them to look at the right things/ask the right questions.
