How do you make the long drives comfortable?


This is a bit of a different topic but many of us drive some distances to get to the race tracks. From my house to thunder hill it is a 3 hour (I know some of you drive a lot longer) drive, and usually when I am close or on the drive back home I start to develop some back pain, neck pain, and some discomfort on other areas like arms and legs. Do you use anything to make longer drives more comfortable? Mainly for the neck and back?
