Failed my test. It’s marked as a pass.

So I failed my test with one serious fault. The examiner is a decent guy and we both knew I failed immediately. He explained it to me just as he’s supposed to. However, he still marked the certificate as a pass, despite there being a serious fault marked. I’ve heard you can appeal results and at the very best get a free test but NEVER overturn the result. So where do I stand? The certificate says I’ve passed, despite it being impossible. Also in the three weeks you have to wait for your new license apparently a pass certificate is sufficient evidence for a pass and allows you to start driving immediately. Honestly, what would you do?I wouldn’t want to discredit the examiner on any way, I’m very confident in my riding and as I say it was one fault but he correctly identified it as a serious fault but at the same time, he fills in this form on a daily basis, surely he knows where the boxes are. via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/e90gxv/failed_my_test_its_marked_as_a_pass/?utm_source=ifttt
