Concerns after first sevice - 790 Duke

Just wanted to run by you lot what the mechanics told me to get the general concencus.I had my shift Shaft sensor reprogrammed on my KTM 790 as part of its initial service. I didn't ask them to, it's just part of KTMs service interval now to try and limit the amount of false neutrals and miss shifts. Now the quickshifter lurches the bike forward on up shifts. Prior to the service it was smooth as butter.I took it straight back to dealer after looping the block, I was told that due to the new programming for the shaft sensor (and I think he said a new flash uploaded from KTM) the bike essentially had to relearn how I ride. He said to give it a ride over New Years and see if it smooths out etc. Additionally my gear indicator on the dash to tell me what gear I'm in has disappeared. Apparently this only happens if the shaft sensor hasn't been programmed. Also they moved my clutch bite point basically as far out as it can go and now the clutch feels like an on off switch, basically having to completely release the clutch before you start rolling. I think the adjuster inbound of the lever will move the bite point correct? The manual doesn't cover this suprisingly...What do you people think about the bike having to relearn how I ride?? via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/ehz3k0/concerns_after_first_sevice_790_duke/?utm_source=ifttt
