I'm in the process of gathering gear to hit my first track day next year. I picked up a one piece suit and a pair of RST boots. They fit my foot great but apparently my calfs are a bit larger than average as I cannot get the boots zipped up with my suit on for fear of ripping some seams in the boot. I can zip them up completely without my suit, although the velcro appears to be on the edge of it's adjust-ability and it is super tight on my calfs. I'm planning on returning these and trying something else. Throw me some recommendations for boots with a larger calf opening. I'm just starting out so budget friendly is a plus. I realize I will probably have to spend more than these RST's but I'd like to keep it under $300 if possible. I measured about 11.5 in (29 cm) off the ground and my calfs are measuring 17 inches (43 cm) in circumference. TIA for any recommendations! via /r/Trackdays https://www.reddit.com/r/Trackdays/comments/e6giru/boots_for_big_calf/?utm_source=ifttt
