~700cc starter Motorcycle

Greetings,I am 30 and 185cm (about 6,1 I guess). Next Jan/Feb I will take my A driving license but already looking for the bike to buy. Reading here and there I really like Kawasaki Z650 and mostly Husqvarna Vitpilen 701. I know there’s also the MT07 but don’t like it too much. Given that before any purchase I will try them and see which fit the best, is there anything I might have missed on this or other bikes?Purpose will be commuting to work (20 min by car now), some weekend rides as I live relatively closed to the alps. I’d love to make some 3-4 days travel but that’s not the main goal. (At the moment no one to do them with)Budget 7k€, no problem with used bikes (for sure for the vitpilen to stay in budget) as it will stay outside during weekedays.Side info (some maybe not important): this would be my first real moto, I have been driving a 125cc scooters for years also to some out of town rides in the mountains for fun in the corners.
