Hey everyone, this my first post on this subreddit so sorry for any mistakes i make.So the start of the year me and my father got a project bike to repair that i will use in 2020 as a learner bike (South Africa limits you to 125cc but there are no power restrictions we are aware of). We started working on it in early 2019 around January/February. throughout the year we were cleaning parts respraying fairings and replacing parts like the piston, clutch and starter motor.i will upload photos of how the rebuild went.And with the fairings, the red looked bad so we opted for white and wanted it too look semi stock with a few of our own design choices like the white stripe between the red an blackin the after picture one of the forks were broken so it dropped really low, we realized it later and its fixed now.Edit: respraying the fairings took a few tries, paint shrinkage was a big problem but we got it sorted.
