When no one you know rides motorcycles, how do you make friends who will ride with you?

All of my friends want to ride but are not financially in a situation where they could dish out that sort of expense.I bought a ninja 500r a few months ago, started mad late obviously. I really want people, or at least one friend, to ride with come this Spring.I did a lot of riding alone and although I love it, I do like commuting with someone.
