So I was test riding the KTM rc390 today as I've been checking out bikes better than my current.About two minutes into my ride I see a lady stopped at a stop sign, in her VW, ready to go through my lane and onto a bridge.Of course I trust her not to pull out on me so keep going at about 40km/h. Big mistake though. End up getting about a car length away from her before she pulls out on me. Break super hard but can't stop the inevitable and smash into her driver door. I ended up coming off the bike and hitting her car, then rolling off the other side. ImagesI was wearing all my gear bar the pants so came out with only a sore leg thankfully. (All the gear all the time I guess.)Lady was 89 and is now probably going to lose her licence. (Thank god.)Anyway TL;DR Don't trust old people or stop signs!
