In an accident with an uber driver. Need to vent.

The accident happened a few days ago. This occurred in Australia where we drive in the left. We were stopped at a red light at the front of the queue, myself in the left lane and Mr Uber driver in the right. As the light went green we both proceeded forwards where he drifted into my lane and knocked me over. In fairness the intersection is really poorly designed, however that doesn't absolve him for being at fault.I just found out today that he has claimed me at fault for the accident. Too bad that's not what the witness behind says. Not only that, he had passengers at the time (have their contact details) and his insurance company explicitly does not cover rideshare of any kind, so technically he's uninsured.I'm fortunate the accident happened at low speed and I was wearing full gear so I am uninjured.
