Has any of you guys ever said “Fuck it, Im taking it to the shop”

That feeling when you spent hours, days, weeks, months waiting for parts, installing them in, rebuilding parts, obtaining/following the owners manual, reading blogs/articles, and watching endless amount of demonstrations and tutorials. And swore you did everything right, to the very last detail within your capabilities.. Just really looking forward to that sweet promising sound of the engine turning over, starting up, and idling smoothly.. only for the engine not turning over.72’ Cb500 Rebuilt carbs, got it running, lack of idling/lots of backfire. Tooks carbs apart, replaced float needles again and check float measurement, removed inline filters and now the bike won’t start (even though there’s no backfire and sounds better when starting).Have you worked on a project you thought you were capable of performing and said fuck it, Im taking it to the pros? via /r/motorcycles https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/dtt9cj/has_any_of_you_guys_ever_said_fuck_it_im_taking/?utm_source=ifttt
