I have been commuting for a while here in SF and, honestly, I don't see a ton of cagers intentionally blocking MCs but this guy is inches from the K-rail just so a guy on a GS couldn't pass on the right (hard to tell here but you can see him finally get around on the left in small gap in front of the car.
